Pool heating is extra at £150 per week. From mid October to April this is not available, but perfect for May, June and September visits

Our changeover day is Friday and in high season, our minimum stay is 7 nights. We try to be flexible at other times, please ask.
Villa Frida is a family home and we ask that you respect it as such and your neighbours in the domaine during your stay.
Arrival is normally after 3 pm and departure is by 10 am
To confirm a booking, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The remainder is due 8 weeks prior to your stay. We also require a refundable damage deposit of £500 at this time and any extras such as pool heating are due now. We will send you a short terms and conditions form when the balance of payment is due.

The booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you cancel between 4 and 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, 60% of the remaining balance will be refundable.
If you cancel less than 28 days prior to the start of your holiday, the balance of the payment is non-refundable. However, if the property is successfully re-let for the same period, this will be taken into account and a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be given.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered the choice of:
Accepting alternative booking dates, or
Cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund of all monies paid.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the balance of payment is not received by the due date prior to the holiday.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation or unforeseen circumstances.
